If you have scheduled either an in-person, or telephone, consultation in relation to an Ontario traffic ticket it is important to have, or have knowledge of, the following:

  • original/copy of the certificate of offence (traffic ticket) or summons to appear;
  • your Ontario Driver’s Licence;
  • detailed synopsis of the events that transpired;
  • your initial disclosure (the evidence) if the matter has already had a first appearance date; and
  • list of any sympathetic witnesses to the event, such as a passenger, or pedestrian.
Free Consultation for your Ontario Traffic Ticket or Summary Conviction Criminal Charge

If your free consultation is in reference to a minor criminal charge, please have, or have knowledge of the following:

  • original/copy of the Court Information, Promise to Appear, Undertaking, and/or Bail Conditions;
  • your Ontario Driver’s Licence;
  • detailed synopsis of the events that transpired;
  • your initial disclosure (the evidence) if the matter has already had a first appearance date;
  • list of dates for any previous court attendances; and
  • list of any sympathetic witnesses to the event, such as a passenger, or pedestrian.

If your free consultation is in reference to a Provincial Offences Act charge please have, or have knowledge of the following:

  • original/copy of the Provincial Offences Notice or summons to appear;
  • your Ontario Driver’s Licence;
  • detailed synopsis of the events that transpired;
